[MR] Kingdom Event Bids

Greetings unto the Merry Rose from Duchess Simone de Barjavel

I am honored to announce that I have been selected to be the new Deputy for
Kingdom Event bids. I am joined in this by Lady Melisent la Ruse, who will
be doing training and assisting me in running the office.

First, I wish to thank Lady Tonwen for her devoted service to the Kingdom
and to wish her and her family well with their new addition...

If your group is interested in any of these events please contact me with
any questions. The Kingdom is always looking for event bids! I would like to
ask that every group consider putting in a bid on a future Kingdom event.
Hosting a Kingdom event is a great deal of work but also a great deal of
fun. 

The Kingdom bid page on the Atlantian Seneschal's website is being updated
and we are soliciting bids for the following events:

Summer University 6/2/07 - time is running out on this and we need to have a
firm bid as soon as possible.


Fall Coronation 9/1/07
Fall University 10/13/07 or 10/20/07
Fall Crown Tourney 11/3/07
Unevent 12/1/07 
12th Night 1/12/08

And for these events:

Winter University 2/2/08
Kingdom Arts and Sciences 3/1/08

We are also looking for an autocrat for Kingdom Crusades
October 10-13, 2008.

In addition I am seeking a pool of candidates to mentor first time Kingdom
event coordinators. These mentors would be a personal 'go to' person to
assist senior event staff in doing a unparalleled job their first time.
There are many who might be interested in staffing an event but are not
comfortable or feel they do not have the experience to do a Kingdom event.
We want to provide an experienced one on one mentor to help them. If you
