[MR] One more Crown Tourney note from the Kingdom Seneschal

Greetings from the Kingdom Seneschal!
If you are planning on sending a letter of intent for Crown, please, please,
please, please (you get the point) include the following information for
both you and your consort. Please label each clearly so I know what belongs
to whom:
Legal Name
SCA Name including a title if you use one
Membership Number
Expiration Date
Contact information (including email) so I can reach you if there is a
question/problem
And, if you have just renewed (say in the last month or so) go ahead and let
me know that so I don't panic if you don't show up as a current member yet.

This information is used to confirm that you and your consort are members
and are eligible to participate in a Crown Tourney. I then send this
information onto several other officers so they can do their part in
confirming rank/OP, heraldry, getting shields painted and ensuring you are
all on the MOL roster for that big day.

The more work I have to do to hunt down this information, the less time we
have to fix any problems we come across, and the higher the chance a problem
can derail you from fighting.

So, please make my job (and everyone else's) much easier and make sure you
give us all the pertinent information.
Please forward this missive onto anyone you know who might be fighting Crown
and not on the Merry Rose.
