you might consider re-writing this part found under the pricing schedule as
it doesnt make any sense.  i assume its some monetary penalty for those that
cant commit to an event a full month in advance but its a little unclear:

 

Pre-registrations postmarked before June 1st will receive a $1.00 on their
site fee.

Also please take note that all registration forms we receive that are
POSTMARKED BEFORE JUNE 1st get $1.00 off of their gate fee. That is why the
price registration form is lower than the price listed on the site!
So get your reservations in early!
