tourney does not then gain a position where they make
decisions about the fate of others in the kingdom.


As last year's winner of this lovely prize, I feel
compelled to add...I *AM* an authorized heavy and
rapier fighter, and I've fought at the Wars! I'm just
*awful* at it. LOL
