[MR] scroll blanks at WoW

Scroll blank competitions are great! I'm very excited that there are several
coming up, sponsored by several different members of the scribal community.
 
But don't forget: The scroll blank competition at War of the Wings (in
October) has a WAR POINT at stake! Scribes who are not from Black Diamond or
Sacred Stone should enter their works allied with whichever barony their own
home barony is allied with. Every scroll entered can earn up to 3 "scroll
points": 1 for illumination, 1 for calligraphy, and 1 for documentation. The
barony with the most scroll points is awarded the War Point.
 
(Remember, leave the recipients, monarchs, and dates blank.)
