     Due to the past excessive use (and proven dangers) of water 
during the Pennsic event as well as the very loud Bardic Circles that 
appear to be a result of same the Pennsic Heavyweight Honcho's would 
like to inform you that we will not be allowing any water, H2O or 
Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) on site this year.   I am sorry but it 
only takes a few to spoil it for the rest.  :(   http://www.dhmo.org/facts.html

     There also have been numerous complaints of BARDICS (cleverly 
disguised as snoring) during previous Pennsic/SCA events and 
consequently our studies that same adversely affects the breeding 
habits of the local indigenous flora and fauna of the area.  If you 
are caught singing on site then this will be the Swansong of your fun
