[MR] ISO Someone with a big heart who knits

Greetings to the fair people of the SCA!

I am looking for one person with a big heart who can knit baby caps for a baby age six months. This is a (mundane) six month-old in Florida, who is in the PICU for Shaken Baby Syndrome. Because the weather is so consistently warm in Florida, the hospital does not have a supply of warm caps. He is having trouble regulating body temperature, and could really use some more knit caps! 

There is a friend of the mother, Heather, who is working to get these caps, and I told her I'd put out this message to the SCA, because I know there are many people who can knit in the SCA, and we are, in general, big-hearted and generous with our time.

Please, if you have the time to knit caps for a six-month-old, or know someone who can, contact Heather at hdoughty at nc.rr.com. She is very willing to pay for them, or work out a barter (your preference).

If people would also cross-post this to any relevant groups (Is there anyone on the Trimaris list, or better the Trimaris-textiles list?), I would be very grateful. Hopefully, we can help this sick little boy, and show even more people how kind and chivalrous the SCA is.
