[MR] Atlantian Web Server Issues

Greetings, Atlantia!

Some of you noticed the intermittent uptime of the web sites on the
kingdom web server over the past couple of days.  This appears to have
been caused by a whole lot of Internet search engines (Yahoo, Google,
MSN, and a bunch of others) trying to search all over our web server and
find out what's there, all at the same time.  Unfortunately, that is far
more traffic than our little server can handle in that short amount of
time, and it essentially put the web server into a coma.  :(

I've made some configuration changes to try to prevent this from
happening in the future.  Please let me know if you run into any issues.
