[MR] Lochmere practice moving outdoors

Greetings all,

Until further notice, the Lochmere rapier & armored fighter practice  
will be held outdoors.  This change is due to Howard County schools  
closing early for the rest of the school year.  The practice will now  
be from 6:30 PM until dark.  I will make every attempt to send out  
cancelation notices due to inclement weather by 4:30 PM prior to  
practice as needed.

When:
6:30 PM until dark

Where:
Talbott Springs Elementary School
9550 Basket Ring Road
Columbia, MD 21045

Why:
Because hitting people with swords on the street will get you put in  
jail.
