[MR] feast at assessments

greetings from the head cook for this years kings assessment battles,

 

i have the pleasure of preparing the feast for this years assessments.  im
always honored to prepare food for people and it is one of the things that
bring me the most joy in life.  i am excited about this menu and just wanted
to get the word out to anyone planning on coming.  this feast is by
reservation only and is limited to the first 125 people that send their
reservations in.  please dont delay.  a few things of note, i only use the
highest quality and freshest ingredients that are available to me at the
time i purchase for a meal.  that means that i cant give a complete menu
since i wont buy my ingredients until the thursday before the event.  at
that time i will finalize my menu based on what the market has to offer.

a partial menu consists of:

 

curry and apple glazed pork tenderloin with both a mango chutney and orange
marmalade option

a greek inspired chicken breast with citrus and garlic accents dusted with
feta

a moroccan inspired chicken in a light cream sauce of citrus, chilies, and
mustards served on wide noodles

a spicy hummus of roasted chilies and garlic

verts (yeah yeah, green beans) served with a lemon butter reduction

grilled hearty vegetables seasoned with a west indies rub and accented by a
grecian dressing

 

 

there will be more, but again it will depend on what i see when i go to
market.  if there are any questions or concerns about this feast please feel
free to contact me.  food is life and cheap food is waste.  it is my hope
that everyone that makes it to assessments enjoys the event and is able to
enjoy the foods i present.  please reserve early as this feast will sell out
rather fast.
