[MR] Challenge of the Heart Feast Menu

Unto the List,
If you are still trying to decide when to put your pre-reg in for
Challenge of the heart, perhaps this will convince you to do so quickly. 
This event will feature both a day board (part of the site fee) as well as
a Spanish/Sephardic feast with cuisine from Morocco, Spain, Catalonia, and
the Mediterranean.  The menu is as follows subject to availability and
quality of some of the items.

Order of Courses for the Feast

Appetizer (table course)
Hummus
Baba Ghanouj
Salade de Concombres et Citrons
    Cucumber salad
Torta Blanquesca
    flat bread

1st meat course
Olla de Cataluna
    Catalan Stew (Lamb)
Couscous de la Mimona
   Couscous with Onion and Raisin confit
Porrada
   Leeks and bacon

2nd meat course
Cerkes Ravugu
   Circassian Chicken
Mujaddara
   Rice and lentil pilaf
Esparaguat
   Asparagus with spices

3rd meat course
Carn al la Sarreynesca
    Meat in the Saracen Manner  (venison and beef)
 Hamin de Berzas
   Cabbage stew

dessert course
Bunuelo
    Honeyed fritters
 Moroccan Bread pudding

There will be a few additional dishes to round out the meal, and as
always, if you have any concerns regarding ingredients or preparation, do
feel free to contact me for clarification.  For Vegetarians, there are
dishes in each course that will meet your needs.
