[MR] Target Archery Marshal class

I have gone on to the University website and tried to excuse myself from 
this class thus freeing up a space but have found that option is missing at 
this point.

If folks would be so kind as to remove my name from the class that would be 
wonderful.  I could have waited until my arrival tomorrow but decided it in 
better interest to let some luck person know that they still may have a shot 
at taking this class.
