[MR] feedback on Kingdom Crusades

As special project deputy for the kingdom seneschal, I've been assigned to come up with suggestions for improving Kingdom Crusades. These recommendations, including new sites, will be presented to TRM, TRH, and kingdom seneschals of both Atlantia and the East kingdom. 
 
To help with this, I'm looking for feedback from the populous on what they like and don't like about Kingdom Crusades, and things they would like to see.
