entering the competition may participate.

Displays:
All Things Byzantine Display and an Open Display -- Bring your finished
items and Works in Progress to get feedback, pats on the back, and tokens of
appreciation for your hard work researching and producing your project(s).
The Display area will have 2 different Meet the Artist times (11 to noon and
2 to 3:00) so attendees can learn more about the Display items. Artisans
are asked to attend their displays for at least one of these times (the
early session is especially for fighters, archers, staff, etc.), but both
sessions would be ideal.

Asszony Bessenyei Rozsa is sponsoring a Competition for Best Encampment

6. Written description of the above - Help out the judges and tell them why
they should award maximum points to the owners/creators of this particular

at your mercy.
8. Use of Byzantine theme.

Masters’ Hall:
To the Artisans and all Other Noble and Gentle Folk of Sacred Stone,
Members of the Order of the Laurel greatly desire to have an opportunity
to become better acquainted with you, your work and your concerns. To this
end, they invite you to a small gathering at Wastelands on June 23.
Some of them will be taking over the A&S area at 11:00. There they will
offer cool drinks and chance for one-on-one conversation until 1:00. They
would esteem it an honor if you would introduce yourself, bring a sample of
your work, or ask a question or two. This is an open, informal forum.
For the sake of their books and references they will be bringing, they
ask that no food be brought into the area. They would love to have you join
them before or after your lunch.
