[MR] calling cards

Actually, officers in today's Army are expected to have them, and use
them when calling on a superior. I distinctly recall reading up on the
protocol, back when I still had illusions of becoming an officer.
Grunts and sergeants, of course, didn't have to deal with such
frivolities.
