[MR] Firewood Ban at Pennsic

My Lady Wife said they've got one outbreak in Maryland, that they're
trying to contain. Essentially, it involves cutting down everything,
and chipping it down to 1/2 inch bits. Then you root and destroy the
stumps.

Areas of Michigan and Detroit look like an arboreal Black Death has
hit -- there are so many dead trees, they can't cut them all down.
