[MR] Sapphire Joust Saturday Court Report?

I realize that writing reports is one of everyone's least favorite things.
Writing the required report to the Triton is hard enough for many, but I
would urge the Court Herald at events to also write to the Merry Rose to
give those awardees public affirmation of those awards and also to give
those who weren't there a flavor of what they missed. The little things that
were fun and don't get into the official report. The Saturday Court at
Sapphire had it's moments of humor, not the least of which was the Grand
Assembly of Baronage doing the wave from one side of the half circle they
were seated in to the other at one point. That's not going to be in the OP
and yet it is one of those things that make our dream fun.
