[MR] Update on Spanish Peacock / Eadric The Potter

Greetings, all!

I have been asked to send Pennsic tidings of Spanish
Peacock and Eadric the Potter. 

Fear not!  They are still at War, just not in the same
spot as originally planned (near the Bath House, down
the road from Information Point).  Due to the
precarious slope, their merchant booth has been
relocated to spot 191, at the end of Plunder Lane,
across from the battlefield.  Stop by and say hi!
