[MR] More complete version of Black Chancery

Black Chancery remains one of the most popular of the calligraphic 
fonts (Italian Chancery type). I've just come across a "family" 
version, that includes a more sloping ("italic") version, and a 
version with more advanced typography, such as ligatures (but no 
"long s" which was in general use until about 1800).
