[MR] Scroll blank competitions

Hmmm...  Everyone wants to see more "real scrolls" go out, and yet
there were no entries in the scroll blank competitions at Storvik this
past week-end, for either the open competition or for the Roman scroll
competition that Baroness Samara sponsored.  What is wrong with this
picture?

I will extend the invitation again, for a blank scroll competition at
Coronation, for scrolls specific to the reign of their current
Highnesses.  They can be with or without wording.
