[MR] University Session 71 -- Call for Classes and Track Proposals

Greetings from the Chancellor of University of Atlantia!

The site for Session 71 (October University) has been confirmed. 
The Barony of Caer Mear will be hosting the session at Amelia 
High School in Amelia, VA on October 20th.

I will be accepting track proposals until July 30th.

Individual class proposals will be accepted until August 15th.

If you are interested in teaching a class or organizing a track of
classes, please notify the Chancellor at university at atlantia.sca.org or
mail the class/track details to the Chancellor.

Please include the following information:
- Instructor name (SCA and modern)
- Class title
- Fees (if any)
- max number of students (if any)
- duration of class
- synopsis of class
- any special equipment or requirements for the class. This includes
equipment the instructor would need from the site. E.g.: overhead
projector, slide projector, etc.
