I get them purporting to be from from PayPal and from eBay also; I have both spoof-reporting addresses in my address book and just forward them on.
It's better than simply deleting the phishing messages because it keeps the real outfits aware and just MAY inconvenience the phishers somewhat.
The FIRST time I got such a message I followed the first link to a page that was a DEAD RINGER for the real eBay home page. What spiked my suspicion was that evey link from that page took me to a page asking for my account number etc.
Don't bawl me out for following that link!? It was several years ago and I most assuredly know better now!
What would you sentence "phishers" to - five years with no computer or cel-phone access?
Yours aye
Donal
