You do NOT need to do anything further!!!  

As I had told you when you enquired of me a while back, your change of
device was pended in May, 2007, because you did not indicate if you wished
to release your old armory or retain it as a badge.  That was stated in the
letter that was sent to you in May and I repeated that question in my email
response to you a while back.

You never got back to me, but I put the device out for comment again on the
July, 2007, internal letter of intent because you seemed so upset about the
delay in processing the change.  (One or two commenters had raised issues
about the actual drawing rather than the actual design and it seemed prudent
to check further in the hopes that you would get back to me before Pennsic.)

In a few days you should receive a letter telling you that the commenters
were more or less in agreement that, based on recent Laurel rulings, the
drawing used in your submission would result in the device being returned
because the orle was too narrow.  

Therefore, the device has been pended until August to allow the Golden
Dolphin staff to redraw the emblazon sheet for you to make the orle wide
enough to meet Laurel Office standards.  I will then color in the requisite
number of copies and put it on the August Letter of Intent from Atlantia.  I
will send you a copy of the redrawn submission at that time.

I am sorry that you feel upset enough about this delay that you felt that
you had to put out a general call for assistance.  However, since the
original problem was your failure to answer any of the postal or electronic
correspondence from the Golden Dolphin Office, there is not a lot that the
heralds or general populace of Atlantia could do to resolve the issue. . .

  I am sitting here with a letter from the Atlantian heralds, my submitted
new device is "pending", but with no real understood reason. I need
assistance in getting my new design passed and help documenting my first
name "Willow"....I don't care what period it is, just that the spelling be
like a tree.....I would appreciate anyone and everyone who might have some
ideas and would be able to help me get all this "legally passed"...
