Yup, I usually report them to paypal so that paypal will go after the source
of the sites. Make sure you copy the link of the pages but don't click on
them. Some of them have code on their sites that can install trojans on your
computer if your browser patches are not up to date. Paypal usually never
ever send you messages about security and usually only sends you emails
about the items you are watching or information about your bid.

After I reported the site to paypal, I've never gotten more emails from that
particular site so they do try to crack down on it.
