[MR] Youth combat at Pennsic

Good morning!

A couple of reminders/pieces of information about youth combat at Pennsic.

The Atlantian 3 man tourney is at 3 pm on Sunday the 5th.  Besides being the 
first tournament on the schedule, it is very different from what the other 
kingdoms are offering.  There is already a lot of buzz about it.  Please 
bring your youth fighters out for this one as it promises to be terrific!

Please take a moment to go to the web site and read the policies, as well as 
the weapon conventions being used.  Armor will be inspected to Atlantian 
standards.

For Division 1 combatants, (age 6-9), a parent/legal guardian must be 
present when their minor is participating. Parents/legal guardians of youth 
combatants in the 10 to 13 and 14 to 17 year old age groups must be on site 
at Pennsic whenever their youths are participating in youth combat.

In order to comply with new rules regarding minors at Pennsic, youths under 
the age of 12 must be within voice range or in sight of a responsible adult 
or teenager (of at least 16 years of age) while participating in Youth 
Combat. This would encompass the area immediately surrounding the Youth List 
Field. All Youth Combatants, and their responsible adult/teenager (if 
applicable), will sign in each day.

I will be at Pennsic the entire time.  If you need to find me, I'll be 
camping with Lochac in X01 (aka Mack and Betty's front yard).
