[MR] Regarding the Magnus Favor

There is a sword that Magnus' parents purchased after his death and 
gifted to his friends, the Canton of Atillium.  After a brief absence, 
it is back in Windmasters' Hill lands and shouldn't leave again.

It was officially venerated during my term and is only brought out on a 
rare occasion.  It is guarded by good citizens of Attillium and held in 
high esteem.
