Spoofs can be reported by forwarding the emails to _spoof at paypal.com_ 
(mailto:spoof at paypal.com)  , in case someone  doesn't already have the email address 
handy.
 
Emails pretending to be from ebay can be done the same way, simply forward  
those to _spoof at ebay.com_ (mailto:spoof at ebay.com) 
 
The more of those reported, the more likely they can catch the people  
sending them out.
