These are getting very common. I literally get 20+ of these every week. It's best to not even open them, just delete without reading. If you want to verify whether Paypal has an issue with you, go to the website and log in to check for messages directly.

I just received an email stating that my account was
suspended.It said it was from paypal security.  I
forwarded it to pay pal security and they verified it
was a fake phising email, although it looked
authentic.  so look out.!!
