[MR] Proposed Group Officers need to contact the Kingdom Officer for warranting...

I am seeing a disturbing trend regarding warrant requests, and when I asked the other Kingdom Officers, I found out they are experiencing similar issues.

If you are the proposed replacement for a group office, you must follow the warranting procedure outlined by the kingdom officer's policies (usually found in at the Clerk of Law site or on that kingdom officer's website) OR contact the kingdom officer directly, _in a reasonable amount of time_, but not less than 30 days from the date the group names you as their candidate. You are NOT the group officer until the kingdom officer advises you that you have been accepted and warranted.

If you can't be bothered to follow the procedures required to start serving as a group officer, do not be surprised if the kingdom officer decides you are not a suitable candidate for warranting and refuses to let you have the office.
