The College of Rencester would like to present for your pleasure the Feast Menu for our upcoming Celebration of Exploration (February 17th, 2007):
First Remove
Sopa de Calebeza: Pumpkin, Garlic, Celery, Leeks, Butter, Vegetable stock, Ginger, White Wine, Nutmeg, Cream
Nokake (Cornbread): Cornmeal, Sugar, Salt, Butter
Second Remove
Marinated Beef Kebabs with a Yogurt and Garlic Sauce: Beef, Olive Oil, Garlic, Plain Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Thyme, Salt, Pepper
Third Remove
Pastel de Papas (Cheese and Potato Pie): Potatoes, Eggs, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses, Butter, Cream, Paprika, Nutmeg, Salt
Salat with Peppers and Oranges: Lettuce, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Oranges, Balsamic Vinaigrette
Fourth Remove
Henne Dorre (Golden Cardamom Chicken): Chicken, Raisins, Apples, Walnuts, Butter, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Rosemary, Thyme, Salt, White Wine, Chicken Broth, Egg Yolks, Honey
Fifth Remove
Tarta de Santiago: Eggs, Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon, Almonds
Mayan Hot Chocolate: Semisweet Chocolate, Milk, Cinnamon, Ground Chile Pepper
