[MR] UoA Preregistration deadline January 31

The deadline for University of Atlantia class pre-register is  
midnight January 31. If you don't get a chance to pre-register by  
then, class registration will open Saturday morning at  9am. Class  
information is available at http://university.atlantia.sca.org/
