[MR] Delinquent Court Reports - Final Notice!

For several months now, I have watched the Clerk of Precedence repeatedly ask for delinquent court reports, to no avail.  I find this appalling and disrespectful.

Since before I was Triton the first time, it has been a requirement of all court herald to file a report of all awards/orders bestowed during court within 2 weeks following the event.  The Atlantian Book of Policy states:

"2.9.2   It is the responsibility of the court herald to file a report listing all awards/orders bestowed during that court to the Crown (Baron/ess) within two (2) weeks of the event, with copies being sent to the Clerk of Precedence and Triton. Failure to do so may result in removal from the list of heralds approved to do court. "

Some of the missing court reports go back 8 months.  If MoL's were as lax, no fighter would receive his authorization card.  These court reports are done as a service to the populace and those who hold court (Crown/Landed Baronage).  

Please be advised that this behaviour will not be allowed to continue.  This is the final notice for all court reports delinquent as of December 31st, 2006.  If you are a court herald with a listing on the delinquent report list, you have TWO weeks from this date to get that report in to me and the Clerk of Precedence.  If, on January 29th, I do not have your report and no adequate reason has been presented, your warrant will be subject to suspension or removal.
