9:00          Site Opens for the Populace
                  Arts and Sciences Area open for entries
11:00         Royal Court

***Kingdom Bardic Competition will begin
30 minutes after the end of Court

1:00           A&S closed for new entries
                   Dance begins
                   Children’s Activities begin
4:00          Children’s Activities end
4:30          Pick up all A&S Entries
		  Royal Court
6:30          Feast
                   Final Round for Royal Bard
10:00        Site Closes

The hall must be cleaned and vacated by 10:00.
