[MR] Seneschal Changes

Greetings from the Kingdom Seneschal!
I have two seneschal changes to mention:

First off, the Shire of Berley Court:
A big thank you to Herridr Freyugydja Ogvaldsdottir who is stepping down,
and a welcome to Lady Anne Davis Harwood who is stepping up as Berley
Court's Seneschal.
Secondly, for the Barony of Stierbach,
Another big thank you to Ceridwen ferch Rhys ap Michael who is stepping
down, and a welcome to Justinos Ancyrenos.

To my retiring seneschals, I thank you both for all your hard work.
To my new seneschals, I appreciate you stepping into the position, and know
that it will be a great experience!
