[MR] KASF fighting clarification

Baron Turgeis, I will be at KASF and have no agenda
that day. I can easily bring my MoL box and sign in
the fighters and write the report.

So Kingdom Policy requires an MoL to sign fighters in,
but it's really 
not a 
big deal.  It happens practically every University. 
There won't be a 
tournament, but the MoL at the event is still required
to file a report 
with 
the KMoL.
