[MR] KASF date

KASF was intended to be a mostly A&S event.  While I'm
a strong believer that fighting can be an art form and
that there's tons of A&S around fighting others do not
agree with me.  I'm beginning to wonder if we have the
best date for KASF.

Since it's right before Gulf War (and yes I meant War
- I attend one War at a time.  I have been to many
Wars in the past - and maybe caused a couple. <grin>)
I understand the urge to take this chance at a pre-war
practice.  However many fighters might not come
knowing that the original intention of the event was
to celebrate the non-fighting side of our hobby.

I'm beginning to wonder if it isn't time to change the
date for KASF to a different month and place some sort
of Assessment battle type event for the first weekend
in March instead. Maybe KASF should switch dates with
one of the University dates...
