[MR] KASF fighting clarification from Baron Turgeis Hakonson

To clarify what is happening at KASF concerning fighters. 
This is technically a teaching practice. His Majesty Ragnarr, His Highness Valharic, Warlord Sir Sinclair with the Sgts. of St. Aidean will be providing instruction and teaching. There is no tournament. This is like any other practice, so no MOL is needed. There will be marshals to check cards and have waivers signed. The main focus will the academics of melee battles and then running through scenarios. This is to build on the teaching started by Duke Michael at several events his last reign.
