If you think you will be performing in the Performing
Arts Competition at KASF this upcoming weekend, please
contact me directly so that I can have your paperwork
completed. It is NOT required that you do so, but it
would be helpful. Please include as much of the
following information as possible:

SCA Name (of group and individuals)
Mundane Name(s)
Category (see below)
Name of Performance Piece

If you have documentation, please bring five copies
for each of the judges.
