[MR] 2006 Oak hard copies

Now that the machine is back up the 2006 Oak hard
copies have been printed and sent.  Requestors should
be receiving them shortly.  All requests for hard
copies have come to me electronically.  If you know
anyone who would like a hard copy that is not able to
use email please send them my contact information. 
I'm happy to take requests by snail mail as well.

I am always accepting article submissions.  Now that
we're elctronic we can be pretty flexible about
deadlines.  I have several submissions already and
intend to put out another issue out at the end of
March.  If you are interested in being a part of said
issue please do what you can to get submissions to me
by the end of February.  If you have any questions
about a specific idea or article submission please
write me privately.
