We had about a dozen heavies and about fifteen fencers. I didn't get all
the fencers' names (they were wearing masks! ;> ) but I know Humphrey,
Raphael, and Sir Christian were there. Looked like you guys had fun inside.
(I know it was warmer than outside!)

The heavies: Sinclair, Ulf, Melrakki, William, Aaron, Dammuth, Rufus,
Girard, Achbar, Saunooke, Afshin, myself, and special kudos to Matthew of
Battle, who sensibly didn't fight (knee surgery) but drove up from Columbia
just to videotape (ok, and feed us). I think that's everybody but if I left
your name off, I apologize.

We ran drills, tested out some theories, fought a good bit, and generally
got ready for Gulf Wars.

Next date TBA but it went so well we're working on making it a monthly
practice. Watch this space for developments.

Regards,

Jonathan Blackbow

Baronial Warlord, Sacred Stone

There is nothing more difficult to take in hand, more perilous to conduct,
or more uncertain in its success, than to take the lead in the introduction
of a new order of things.
