[MR] Question about the Bright Leaf

Greetings to all here!

I write to lay rest to a question of interest.  There is thought that those 
who were awarded the Bright Leaf, before the name was changed to Coral 
Branch, were entitled to keep the distinction of the name Bright Leaf as 
having been their award listed on the OP.  Having that distinction is quite 
a source of pride for members I know, and some are miffed that the wording 
was changed on the OP.  I recall asking about this when the name change 
occured and recall being told this precidence would not change.

I leave it to discussion and hope for an answer!
