[MR] Research Papers for KASF

In order to give judges time to read, assess and comment on research papers
in the Persona Pentathlon and Triathlon, please send them to me
electronically by Feb 16.  That's only 2 weeks away.

Bring a hard copy to have with your other 4 items (or 2 if you are a Youth).
I will have judging sheets and commentary to give you at the end of the
judging period.
