The Sergeants of St. Aiden are already planning on a display table.  They have encouraged their guys to bring an A&S entry for the display. Some may be works in progress. The guys have been encouraging all along to participate in the A&S side of this event.

  After observing this discussion from the side lines, I feel motivated to 
  add my small thought to the mix.

  A very long time ago, about 20 years,  Baron Rorik still had some thought 
  to enter the Crown lists.  At that time there was an additional 
  requirement - the fighter had to enter an item into the A&S display (or was 
  it competition?).  Might not this be an idea for those who want to 
  participate in the marshal activities at KASF? Not a requirement, but a 
  strong urging?  If nothing else it would help round out the SCA 
  experience for some fighters, and give them some appreciation of the 
  level of preparation needed for A&S that is comparable to that needed to 
  be an effective fighter.

  Just a thought thrown into the melee of ideas.
