[MR] KASF-A word from HRM Ragnarr

The only thing that makes me unhappy about it is that as a Laurel who has
just recently moved to the Kingdom, I NEED to be at the A&S. As a Heavy
Weapons fighter, I WANT to be at the fighting. Especially as this will be my
first event in Atlantia. :(

But that is my problem :)
