Unto the gentles gathered in the tavern, pray heed my words and pass them
far and near.
It is my most heartfelt request to thank their Royal Majesties for
visiting Their subjects during Dun Carraig's "A Day in the Middle
East". The presence of Their Majesties was very inspiring, as They
struck the perfect balance of regalness and approachability. I heard
many people comment on how memorable Their presence made the event.
To our noble cousins who visited with Erwin & I during our
Investiture, the generosity of your people is well known to us and
was aptly demonstrated in your wonderful gifts of both largess and
company. We are honored to join such esteemed ranks and pray we
represent our people half so well as you represented yours.
To our Peers, thank you for providing (once again) a shining example
of what it means to be a Peer of Atlantia. Whether you are Atlantian
by birth or by location, you all were amazing to witness.
To our most honored guests, your presence at this event was all that
could have been asked of any visitor. You were gracious, generous and
gentle to the populace of Dun Carraig. Whether you journeyed minutes
or days, know that you will be held tenderly in our hearts and we
will be counting the moments until we can share in your joyous
company again.
Last, but not least, to the populace of Dun Carraig...we are honored
beyond the telling at being allowed to serve as your Baron and
Baroness. Any glory that shown on us that day was merely reflected
glory from the many jewels that are Dun Carraig. We are humbled by
your service and 'can do' attitudes and cheered by your company. We
await the next opportunity to serve you and bless the day we were
named your Baron and Baroness.
