Twelfth Night rapidly approaches and if you haven't made your hotel reservations, now is the time to do so.  There are still a few rooms left at the SCA  group rate, so book now if you haven't already done so.  The hotel phone number is: 704-637-3100.

There will be plenty to do in a warm and comfortable environment... no need to leave site at all.

Friday night there will be Welcome Reception complete with bardic circle run by our current Royal Bards, Lady Fennic du Blayze and Lady Ambra Michelli.  Come share the fruits of your heart and your voice, or simply sit and enjoy the performances and the company.

On Saturday, come join us for the Live Auction in order to support our Kingdom's Royal Travel Fund.  Vie to become Atlantia's next Royal Bard or next Tempore Atlantia winner.  There are many competitions to choose from:

Tempore Atlantia- Highlighting the period from 1000 - 1250 AD

You could strive to become Atlantia's newest Poeta Atlantiae, or you could choose to enter the Best Mask competition sponsored by Mistress Jeanmaire du Doremy, then wear your entry at the Masked Ball. Let's not forget the Calligraphy competition, so scribes, sharpen your quills!

Competitions not your thing?  That's okay, too.  There is space for you to come and display your finest, or bring your Works in Progress.  What's even better is that there is no hurrying to remove your entries or displays.  Our Artisan's area will be open until midnight, so there will be plenty of time for everyone to come and view and comment on your work.

For those of you who enjoy the courtly dances, there will be a Masqued Ball in main ballroom and later in the evening a Hafla featuring some performances by local North Carolinian dancers.

Need to work on your Heraldry? Spend a little of that holiday money burning a hole in your pouch?  Come visit any one of the wonderful merchants who will be attending...
