Please accept my apologies for the lateness of this post.  I am unfortunately home sick with a nasty cold!
 
I wanted first to thank everyone who came to our event - Mistress Jeanmaire and I weren't exactly sure how a murder mystery would work, but the response was overwhelming.  Everyone seemed to have a good time and it was such a fun event!  Clearly, Jeanmaire's special "laurel foo" is the ability to recruit highly motivated actors! :-)
 
We had a very small core staff: myself, Jeanmaire, Duke Valharic, Gise, Eleanor, and Ceara.  But each in turn recruited many talented folks to help out, which made the whole event run amazingly smoothly.  Thank you for helping bring this off!  I'd especially like to thank the newcomers I saw pitching in with such enthusiasm in the kitchen.
 
Lastly, I'd like to thank Her Excellency Alianor, who kept an open mind when I told her that we wanted to "hijack" Winter Solstice and take it in a totally different direction.  
 
There were a few items left in the hall at the end of the day:
 
2 drinking vessels
2 cloaks.
 
One of the cups belongs with the lovely service for 8 of black dishes which looked like cut glass (but were plastic).
