[Please pardon the cross-post!]

Fellow Scribes of Atlantia, I call upon you all to print pictures of manuscript pages of any style of your liking or of a style that you think would be fun or challenging to do, and send them in a manilla envelope to m'Lord, Baron Wulfstan Egweald (mka Eric Shuping), who seeks examples of period illumination and calligraphy for his scribal projects while he is in Iraq, as he is tiring of doing bar and ivy over and over again.

Please, if you have a few minutes of time, print up a few designs, stick them in a manilla envelope, and address them to:

Eric Shuping
A Co STB, 18 ABC
APO AE 09342

I do not have a printer available to me (and can't get to the library, as I do not have a car), so am unable to print pictures up for him. Any and all designs and styles are welcome, though he particularly likes 13th and 14th century. As well, instructions on how to create his own designs, based on styles such as white vine, celtic knotwork, etc, would be welcome, as he loves to learn new styles.

Also, if there is a kind soul who would be willing to print up a scribal handbook, he really needs the wording for the scrolls. I will be sending him a three-ring binder, page dividers, and a hole punch, so he can put the scribal handbook and scroll designs in it to keep them safe and organized.

If anyone is interested in helping with this, just let me know that you are doing it so I can tell him to keep an eye out for the mail. This costs very little to each person, but would mean a great deal to Wulfstan and to me.

Vivat the Dream,
Lady Julienne fille Gaspard, mka Jewel Shuping
