Can't speak for Highland Foorde but if they come over Bright Hills borders 
we just adopt'em and recruit 'em.  Then if they misbehave we can take care 
of them 'in-house' - like family,  or...feed them into submission and watch 
to see how long before withdrawal sets in.......;-)~
