[MR] OT: Building "Atlantia" for a NWN Persistent World - "SCAthe Dream"

Well, not being chief designer and builder for SCA the Dream, let me attempt
to answer to the best of my ability.

First of all, it is a NWN Persistent World called "World of Avensa".  Place
names are very similar to SCA group names.  The forums for the server do
direct people to visit www.sca.org for information about the SCA.
Otherwise, the SCA is not mentioned.

Other than "Kingdom of Atlantia", nothing is set in stone.  I'd like to use
the names of now dormant groups to help avoid problems.

When I joined the server, I made the decision to be "Gwendolyn Smith",
rather than "Lady Gwendolyn Fitch".  My lord husband also used a NEAR
spelling of his SCA name for his character.  Thankfully, it was close enough
that Daniel recognized "Owain and Gwendolyn from Marinus".

I asked for people to suggest names to avoid upsetting people.  Don't want
you name used?  Drop me a line off list.  I'll do my best to make sure your
wishes are honored.  Really don't want your group name used?  I'll strike it
off the list of Atlantian place names.  I would like to include as many
"passed on" Atlantians as possible, even if it is merely a grave marker in
my planned Memorial Garden.

Do you think this is a neat idea and would like your name to be used?  Drop
me a line, suggest a name for "your" NonPlayerCharacter.  Suggest an
occupation.  Suggest some dialog.  You can even create a character and play.
We would love to have more players.

*Sigh*  This is exactly the reason I hesitated to ask for input for so long.

Well, hmmmm. A possible, if remotely so, fly in the ointment occurs to
me. 

1. Might there be any possible entanglements of the sort that could be
construed as the Society endorsing this? 

2. When would such entanglements surface?

3. Should they be avoided?
